Return & Refund Policy

At Niswan Store Pakistan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Perishable items (flours, ingredients, mixes) must be unopened and within their expiration date.
• Tools and equipment must be in like-new condition with all original parts and packaging.
• You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened food products or ingredients (due to food safety regulations).
• Items that are past their expiration date.
• Personal care items and hygiene products.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or clearance items.
• Digital products, including online class registrations.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage or defect for our records.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (JazzCash or EasyPaisa).
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for non-defective returns.

5. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will happily exchange it for the same product. For size or preference exchanges, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled; please follow the return process instead.

7. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

• Email us at returns@bakeandbite.pk with your order number and reason for return.
• Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories.
• Ship the item back to the address provided by our team.
• Once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
